Hello! I’m Shan, certified training and nutrition coach, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Holistic Health Practitioner. 

After dealing with chronic bloating, debilitating fatigue and brain fog, anxiety attacks and more for YEARS despite living an overall “healthy” lifestyle, just to be given an IBS diagnosis and sent on my way, I knew that if I wanted to feel better once and for all I had to take matters into my own hands. 

As a personal trainer I was so confused how I could be eating well, working out regularly throughout the week, getting 8 hours of sleep, drinking enough water, etc. and still be feeling so terribly every single day….
